“My core investment is my Qualification background,” says Ketaki. She is an Internationally Certified Image Management Consultant from Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA. Before that, she completed her MBA(HR) and M Phil in Philosophy from Pune University. She also holds a Masters in Computer Management from Pune University itself and a Diploma in Web Designing and Animation. Having pursued diverse qualifications, Ketaki has been able to explore both Right and Left brain’s impact on one’s personality.
Ketaki is a also Member of Image Management Professional Association(IMPA).
Ketaki started pursuing her passion by serving leaders in corporates in their Human Resource departments and thrived to be an award winning team leader with each of her stint.
Her domain expertise can be reckoned across business functions with a significant contribution and an insightful experience of 10+ years in various corporates industries like IT, Shipping, Animation, etc. The Image Consulting Studio, is thus, an obvious outcome from Ketaki! The 2 Mantras of Ketaki – “Never Give Up” and “Be fit” have helped her to overcome her wax and wanes.
When it comes to her experience and exposure, Ketaki has touched international borders as well.
As part of the Seaspan Ship Management Company, Ketaki was invited to Canada main office to streamline activities related to Seafarers Wives as an HR Representative and she was, in fact, first HR in the company to have the opportunity to set up the entire operations.
Her sanguine attitude kept her spirits high even when she was completing her MPhil during the later stages of her pregnancy and managed to get an A Grade without any compromise. Such determination and optimism, is what she wants to instill in the people around to enable them for fighting their ebbs and flows. Therefore, she kickstarted “TICS.” At TICS, Ketaki contributes in your journey of change by providing change from ‘inside out’.
As she believes that having good Academics and a set career is not only what we look up from life. Finding the Real YOU is what we all are unknowing trying to look out for. One needs to imbibe High Competence, True Surrendered Character, High Self-Esteem, Confidence and Charismatic Persona to be able to create a life which we really dreamt of.
As stated by many, one’s thought process and inner state of mind reflects one’s actions and reactions from others.
